Which will be held on Date: November 01, 2016 at: 20:00 to 22:30 And the 100 guests who will be present. we will need as many as 35 tables and chairs, microphones, and speakers, and the decor of the room. At 9 pm, we will serve you dinner. I would appreciate you fax me with the menu selection immediately. But none of the last of  November 01. I also will receive the projected costs for the celebration of our day, you do not need to include the cost of catering eat can be sent via fax or e-mail me the cost projected by October 31. I will give you a confirmation by the end of our booking on October 31.
